• In case for any complaints and claims from the customers, we will respond within 24 hours, the buyer need to offer proof of purchase and problem.
• The services include: technology support, repair components support, replacement service or latest software upload/download etc.
• We provide one-year warranty for all our products, all freights and taxes should be paid by buyers.
• The repair and replacement service will not apply to product units that were misused,repaired without authorization or by other reasons beyond the range of intended use.
