Here we state that:
1. NT-056 mini microphone is iPDA's original design and Newlift Technologies Ltd. has obtained the exterior patent for NT-056.
2. iPDA logo and VIS system belongs to Newlift Technologies Ltd., as well as the copyright of the design for the packaging.
3. The above copied packaging are copying part of iPDA logo and iPDA VIS images and the design of packaging.
4. The pink color of copied mini microphone is plastic pink instead of iPDA's special metal pink coating color, also with poor finishing and poor quality. Newlift has never produced such products.
